Infrared temperature measurement window

The infrared window, also known as the infrared temperature measurement window, is an optical window that can transmit ultraviolet, visible light, and infrared rays. The infrared window is installed on the shell of the electrical cabinet such as various high-voltage switchgear, urban ring main unit and motor junction box, and the infrared thermometer or thermal imager can be used to easily carry out various nondestructive testing on the internal equipment of the Indian gas cabinet, so as to meet the detection requirements of continuous infrared nondestructive testing of most power equipment in the case of uninterrupted power, and the infrared temperature measurement window is usually composed of four parts: metal flange, O-shaped sealing ring, protective cover and optical glass. Among them, optical glass is the core component of the infrared temperature measurement window, which determines the light transmission performance and durability of the window. Common optical glass materials include sapphire, etc., these materials have high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent light transmission and electrical insulation properties, and their materials are usually calcium fluoride (CAF2) and barium fluoride (BAF2), barium fluoride is used more. In recent years, with the development of materials, multispectral zinc sulfide (ZNS MS) has also been widely used.
